“No Se Sabe” is an original by Hector Aponte that opens the album. Arranged by the renowned Puerto Rican trumpeter and arranger, Gino Picart, it defines this marriage between Salsa and the Latin Big Band. Hector’s phrasing and resonate tonality glides over the music encouraged by a mighty coro featuring veteran cantantes, Jorge Maldonado, Luis Blasini and Carlos Cascante. The swing and vibrancy presented of this piece are a delight to the feet and the ears.
